01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and tko999 with respect to your use of the tko999 platform, website, mobile experience, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all registered players, casual visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the tko999 platform.

By accessing tko999.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the moment of first access, whether or not an account is created.

tko999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the effective date displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the tko999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be so throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity, and you are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your account.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the tko999 Platform or any similar platform.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of tko999 or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or service providers.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently experiencing a gambling disorder that would make participation in gambling activities harmful to your welfare.

tko999 operates a strict age verification process. The Platform may request identity documentation at any time to verify your age, identity, and the source of funds in your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with tko999. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to an accepted Bangladesh mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other supported provider). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tko999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify tko999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

tko999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time where the Platform deems verification necessary. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended pending successful KYC completion.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the tko999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tko999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which tko999 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported local providers.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tko999 account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during normal business hours.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• tko999 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to originate from fraudulent sources.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible.
• The majority of mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 5 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your financial institution.
• tko999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus balances may be subject to wagering requirement completion before funds are released.
• tko999 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in the player's own name.

tko999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. In such cases, the Platform will retain relevant funds pending investigation and may report the matter to appropriate authorities.

05Bonuses & Promotions

tko999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• tko999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.

06Betting Rules

tko999's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, American football, kabaddi, and other sports and events as made available on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on tko999.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless tko999 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that market.
• tko999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a material error in the odds was made due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already determined (commonly known as "past-post" bets) are void and will be refunded.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at tko999's discretion, particularly following significant in-game events such as wickets, red cards, or score changes.
• For cricket markets, all bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather, or declared a no-result, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as published on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• tko999 reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any player at its sole discretion, including applying individual account stake limits, without being required to provide a reason.

07Casino & Game Rules

The tko999 casino offers slot games, live dealer tables, crash games, colour prediction games, and other formats provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own rules as presented within the game interface.

• All games offered on the tko999 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are broadcast from licensed studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of tko999.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are available within the game's information panel. tko999 does not alter RTP settings.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's pre-determined outcome. tko999 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the player's side.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tko999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account per person or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any way, including for bet placement, game play, or data harvesting.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or results in unintended winnings.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through tko999.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using coordinated betting patterns to reduce bonus wagering risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the tko999 Platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tko999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the tko999 Platform, including but not limited to the tko999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of tko999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tko999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of tko999.

Any unauthorised use of tko999's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tko999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the tko999 Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from betting or gaming activity.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond tko999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses caused by reliance on any information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that contain errors or omissions.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tko999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The tko999 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". tko999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability.

11Privacy & Data Protection

tko999 is committed to protecting the personal data of its players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by the tko999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account with tko999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance purposes.

tko999 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

12Responsible Gaming

tko999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling. The Platform provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within the account settings panel:

13Account Termination & Suspension

tko999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at Platform staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the tko999 support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after all standard verification checks have been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already been converted to withdrawable cash through satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.

14Amendments to These Terms

tko999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — tko999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an on-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the tko999 Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Article 13.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally recognised principles of fair dealing and transparent gaming operations. tko999 operates with a commitment to fair, honest, and transparent conduct in all player interactions.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account transactions, bonus terms, or any other matter, the following process applies:
